Cut-off Time:

Same-day requests are accepted until 1:00 PM for most services such as Pay Bills and Queuing Assistance.

Pasundo (Pick-up): Accepted until 11:00 PM.

Pabili (Purchase Assistance) and Padala (Delivery): Accepted until 7:00 PM, depending on the store’s closing time and rider availability.

Rush or urgent requests beyond the cut-off may be subject to additional fees and require prior approval.

Refund Policy:

Full refund is applicable if the service is cancelled before dispatch.

No refund once the errand or delivery has commenced.

For purchases made on behalf of the client, we are not responsible for:​

  • Wrong sizes, preferences, or details if the instructions provided were incomplete or incorrect.

  • Product defects or damages caused by the seller/vendor.

Payment Terms (For Pabili & Pay Bills):

Customers must provide the exact order details or bill information and their budget before processing.

  • For amounts below ₱500: No advance payment is required.

  • For amounts ₱500 and above: A 50% down payment is required before processing.

Liability for Lost or Damaged Items:

We guarantee professional handling of your items.

However, we shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by third-party establishments or vendors.

  • Loss or damage due to natural disasters, accidents, theft, or other events beyond our control.

  • Valuable items (e.g., gadgets, jewelry, large sums of cash) must be disclosed beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse such transactions unless special arrangements are made.

Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Bad weather

  • Heavy traffic

  • Government regulations or emergencies

  • Public holidays
